1. Acceptance of Conditions
By utilizing Dalmatian Proxy, you entered into a binding legal contract. These terms govern your access to the suite of services provided by the Dalmatian Team. Failure to adhere to these standards will result in immediate termination of access without prior notice. Our services are provided as a utility for privacy, and any use outside of this scope is strictly prohibited.
2. Permitted Use & Restrictions
The Service is intended for individual, personal use. Users shall not:
(a) Engage in the distribution of malware or malicious software.
(b) Attempt to disrupt the stability of the global server network.
(c) Utilize the service for large-scale data harvesting or scraping.
(d) Participate in any activity that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property infringement.
We reserve the right to deploy automated measures to detect and mitigate abuse of our infrastructure.
3. Age Eligibility (17+)
Dalmatian Proxy is designed for a mature audience. Use of the software by individuals under the age of 17 is expressly forbidden. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Users who represent themselves falsely regarding their age are in breach of this agreement and waive all rights to support or service stability.
4. Dispute Resolution & Singapore Law
These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of Singapore. Any controversy or claim arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be settled via binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and all proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties involved.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE TEAM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PROXY SERVICE. USERS ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ONLINE CONDUCT WHILE CONNECTED TO OUR SERVERS.
6. Modification of Terms
We maintain the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued usage of the application following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised protocol.
